The intention/goal/aim is to support/assist those of us with anger issues for personal peace and self-love.
Instead of generating more temper, this is to
a.)remind us we are entitled to our original response and
b.) perhaps a place to air out our feelings will help us deal with the situation more calmly by speaking more calmly, and bringing calm to our own minds.
Taking full and complete responsibility for our own well-beings, to disarm the distraction that can happen with any emotion.
Being responsible for our emotions, at whatever end of the spectrum, will help us to reclaim our self-confidence and personal power.
The following questions could be prompts for you, or part of the exercise of excorsing negative energy.
a.)When in a calm, meditative state, what is your relationship with your own personal power?
b.) Thinking back, or observing yourself, have you or are you able to exert your own personal power in a balanced way?
c.) When expressing yourself, are you able to communicate in a tranquil, clear way in a way that others are clear about your personal power?
